we ate in the good restaurant for lunch and dinner which was reasonably priced. the location was good, for example, studenets ski center was not very far from the hotel.

Spacious rooms with great facilities for families, including a pool, play zone, and ski kindergarden. Easy access to ski center. Beautiful views from terrace. Friendly staff and plenty of activities for children and adults.

We really enjoyed this perfect and fabulous hotel and recommend it. Stayed here for 4 nights with our kids, had a relaxing stay. The location was magnificent and best possible for Pamporovo, just off the Barbecue restaurant, the ski lifts and various restaurants, and taxi.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful Pamporovo area during summer and the snow surfing area during winter. The hotel was also very close to the slopes, making it convenient for us to enjoy our favorite winter activities. The room service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. We were impressed with the range of services offered, such as car hire, laundry, and airport shuttle. The in-room amenities were also top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We got great value for our money at Complex Kamelia. The room was spacious and had breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff treated us like family and were always friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Complex Kamelia in Pamporovo. The hotel is clean and cozy with a ski-to-door option, making it perfect for our ski trip. The staff were friendly and the location was great. We enjoyed the excellent grill restaurant nearby and the fantastic SPA. The hotel also has a big parking lot, which is a bonus. The fully equipped kitchen in our apartment was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children.
